Creating your custom Cubby teddy or blankie couldn’t be easier! First pick out your favourite teddy bear or blankie. Next, start personalising your chosen Cubby using our bespoke software; select your desired template or theme and personalise the message, colour and font for the chosen recipient.

Pick your favourite Cubby teddy or blankie, personalise it and then simply add to your basket – Head to your basket (top right of the website), check your order, fill out any promotional code and head to the checkout – Finally, fill in your details including billing and shipping and press ‘place order’. It is as simple as that!

All customers have the option of guest checkout or setting up an account.

If you would prefer to check out as a guest, the Cubbies website will happily let you do that. To keep track of order details, points and rewards as well as enabling a quick checkout on future orders then setting up a quick account may be the better option.

All of our Cubbies are hand crafted and personalised just for you. Please allow up to 4 days for your Cubby to be lovingly handmade.

Safety is the most important part of our Cubbies® toys. We like the colours and the expressions and of course the embroidery design but making sure they are safe for children of all ages is our number one goal.

All of our products are certified for all ages and under go the following tests:

US CPSIA Flammability – Small Parts
Europe EN71 Parts 1, 2 and 3
AustralianAS/NZS ISO Standard, “Safety of toys”, ISO 8124: Part 1
Canada – SOR/2011-17 Section 2, 21, 27 & 32

Yes, you can machine wash both Cubbies teddies and blankies. Cubbies teddy bears have removable stuffing pods making them machine washable, so they can be easily cleaned after every adventure. Always check the care label prior to washing.

As every Cubbies product is unique and customised, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns unless the item or embroidery is deemed faulty. In which case we will send out a replacement once we have received the faulty item back – for more information please see our returns, refunds & exchanges page.

Promotional codes can be applied at the bottom of the ‘my basket’ page.

Promotional codes are issued by Cubbies and can be removed at any time.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes or offers.
